Live & Lift was started because we saw a clear need for a gym facility that offered women their own comfortable and secure fitness space. We’re located in a convenient and well-lit downtown Prince George location!

Live & Lift offers tanning options and a comprehensive smoothie bar to keep you hydrated and refreshed. We also feature a sauna and refreshing steam showers!
