Personal Training

Are you eager to see results from your training program?

If you are new to the gym, you want to get the best start on a fitness routine. If you have been working out for a while, you might want to re-energize your routine and get motivated again or get over a training plateau.

Maybe you want to improve at a sport or train for an event. Hiring a private trainer allows you to work out with a pro on a regular basis (two or three times per week). You will benefit from the trainer’s knowledge with every work out: new training styles, exercises, challenges and conditioning programs customized to your needs and abilities.

You may only need a few weeks of regular training or a few months out of the year. If you want to feel better, look better and be as fit as you can be… hire a trainer: you’re worth it!

Small Group Training

Small group training programs are a fun and cost-effective way where you can experience the benefits of working with certified professional trainers. Small group classes are offered in a variety of programs, TRX, bootcamps, running clinics, weight loss programs, etc. They can provide more focused attention to the participant’s goals than traditional large classes. Our small group fitness training generally has 5 to 8 participants under the coaching of a personal trainer.

You can join an existing group or we can help you organize group training with your friends. The sessions are 50 minutes in length. Custom-designed workouts are built in with different levels of fitness in mind. The participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from our small group training. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals.
